At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories or to international addresses.
If an item you have ordered is out of stock, the remaining items will be shipped according to your chosen shipping method. When your back-ordered item is back in stock, we will ground ship that item to you, at our cost.

Your satisfaction is important to us so if you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the unopened product(s), please contact us within 30 days of your original invoice date to obtain a Product Return Form.
The Product Return Form will be emailed to you shortly after the call. Please fill out the form completely.
Product Return Form and all unused product(s) you wish to return must be included in the box. Return will not be accepted without a completed form.
Only the products that are not opened, in its original packaging, may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund (excluding shipping and handling).
Only items purchased on SkinCareCRL.com can be returned to us. Items purchased elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
We will replace any and all defective products immediately at no charge. We will enclose a prepaid FedEx return label along with the product replacement.
We will process your refund via the original purchase method within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s).
Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to post on your original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by email.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item(s), contact us and send your item(s) to us.
